1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Eturf (“we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your access to and use of the Eturf mobile application and related services (collectively, the “App”).

By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use Eturf, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh during use
  • Have a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number for OTP verification
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Not have been previously banned or suspended from the App

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements above.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access most features, you must register an account using your Bangladesh phone number. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

  • Not share your OTP or account access with others
  • Notify us immediately at support@eturf.app if you suspect unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

3.3 One Account Per User

Each individual may only maintain one active account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse referral rewards, circumvent bans, or gain unfair advantage is prohibited.

4. Bookings and Payments

4.1 Slot Booking

Eturf allows players to browse and book indoor sports venue slots. All bookings are subject to real-time availability. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment verification.

4.2 Payment

Payments are processed through authorized payment providers including bKash and Nagad. By initiating a payment, you agree to:

  • Pay the full amount displayed at checkout including any applicable fees
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of your chosen payment provider
  • Not initiate chargebacks or disputes in bad faith

A 15% platform fee is included in the total price shown. The remaining 85% is paid to the venue owner.

4.3 Payment Expiry

After initiating a booking, you have 15 minutes to complete payment. If payment is not completed within this window, the slot will be automatically released and the reservation cancelled. Eturf is not responsible for slots becoming unavailable due to payment timeout.

4.4 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are as follows:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking start time: full refund
  • Cancellations made 12–24 hours before: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before: no refund
  • If a venue cancels your booking: full refund within 5–7 business days

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations of Bangladesh
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews or booking information
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users, venue owners, or staff
  • Manipulate the referral or points system through fraudulent means
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or App systems
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the App without written permission
  • Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights
  • Use the App for any commercial purpose not expressly authorized by us

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.

6. Venue Owners

6.1 Owner Applications

Venue owners must submit an application for each ground. Applications are subject to admin review and approval before the venue appears in the marketplace. We reserve the right to reject applications that do not meet our quality or compliance standards.

6.2 Owner Responsibilities

Approved venue owners agree to:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date venue information, pricing, and slot availability
  • Honor all confirmed bookings made through the App
  • Maintain the venue in the condition described on the App
  • Comply with all applicable laws regarding sports facility operation in Bangladesh
  • Not engage in discriminatory practices against any user

6.3 Platform Commission

Eturf charges a 15% platform fee on each booking. The venue owner receives 85% of the booking amount. Payouts are processed according to the payout schedule in your Owner Dashboard.

7. Reviews and Ratings

Only users who have completed a verified booking at a venue may submit a review. By submitting a review, you agree that:

  • Your review is honest, accurate, and based on your actual experience
  • You will not post fake, incentivized, or malicious reviews
  • Your review may be displayed publicly on the venue page
  • We may remove reviews that violate these Terms without prior notice

8. Points, Referrals, and Offers

Eturf operates a loyalty points system and referral program. Points and referral rewards:

  • Have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn as money
  • May only be redeemed for discounts on future bookings within the App
  • May expire or be adjusted at our discretion with reasonable notice
  • Cannot be transferred between accounts

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the points or referral program at any time. Fraudulent manipulation of these programs will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all points and rewards.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to the Eturf name, logo, design, text, graphics, and software — are owned by Eturf and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

User-generated content (such as profile photos and reviews) remains your property, but you grant Eturf a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content within the App.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
  • Venue listings are always accurate, complete, or up to date
  • All bookings will be honored by venue owners

Eturf acts as a marketplace connecting players with venue owners and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any venue or sports activity.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Bangladesh, Eturf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to:

  • Personal injury sustained at a booked venue
  • Loss of data, bookings, or payments due to technical failure
  • Unauthorized access to your account
  • Actions or omissions of venue owners

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you through the App in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at support@eturf.app and allow 30 days for good-faith resolution of the dispute.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

  • You breach any provision of these Terms
  • We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority
  • Your account poses a risk to the platform or other users

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Outstanding obligations (such as pending payments) survive termination.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will:

  • Update the “Effective Date” at the top of this document
  • Send a push notification to all active users
  • Display an in-app notice requiring acknowledgment before continued use
